When we got a call from Property Brothers about building a garage for Lisa and Chris, we were thrilled to hear their story and get the invitation!
We enjoyed working with the team to pick out just the right garage to compliment the home and provide the extra space it needed.
It was so much fun watching the episode and seeing the Woodtex shed rolling down the driveway!

They chose a 12×24 Classic Garage, big enough to park a pickup truck in, store lawn equipment, or even use as a workshop. This additional space added value to the home for potential buyers as it provides and extra 288 square feet of space.
You could see during the episode that the crew used it to store materials for the home renovations. It never hurts to have some additional space!
We loved getting to meet Jonathan on set, he took the time to take pictures with everyone on our team. It was such a fun day of filming!
