In 2013, Woodtex worked built a Storage Shed for DIY Blogger Whitney Gainer in Colleyville, Texas of the duo Shanty2Chic. In July, 2014, the other half of the “Shanty Sisters“, Ashley, came to us for her new shed as well!

When it comes to managing and organizing a busy family, Whitney Gainer from Shanty-2-Chic.com knows a thing or two about chaos and disorganization. Life with five children, a hard-working husband, and a home to maintain is fun, but it’s not easy. Anything that helps keep kids and all their stuff corralled without too much effort is a win for the Gainer family.

When Ashley approached Woodtex for her own shed after Whitney’s success story, we were delighted!

Ashley and her family just completed their new house, and after all the hard work of move-in, she was itching to clear her garage of “stuff”. The lawn mower, go cart, toys, sport equipment… she wanted it out of her garage ASAP!

Ashley’s 12′ x 16′ Country Cottage is spacious enough to store all that stuff. The gabled dormer allows for plenty of light to fill the space, and the LP SmartPanel flooring gives a clean look.
